Colby and his team are awesome! I needed a repair on a roof vent after the recent winds. I called on Monday, and Colby was on site the next day at the appointment time. He did a professional review of the damage, clearly explained my options and choices, and repaired it on the spot. I never thought I'd say these words about a roofing company - but Highroad Roofing is now my "go to" roofer. I'm glad I found them - and highly recommend them.
Awesome company -- Colby runs a top-notch operation. We had great customer service from the quoting phase all the way through installation and beyond. He personally came to the site multiple times, even after the job was done, to touch up any residual issues with the roof and gutter. The roof itself looks like it could stop a bullet so hopefully the next hailstorm goes easy on us!
Colby and his team at Highroad Roofing put a new roof on my house in 2019. It was a great experience from start to finish. Just today, his foreman Andre was able to diagnose and repair a venting issue I was having. He was knowledgeable and very responsive. Highly recommend Highroad Roofing.
After a major hailstorm did a number on our roof, I contracted Highroad Roofing to replace the roof. He and his crew installed a new roof of better materials (due to an upgraded code requirement) in a timely and professional manner. When an omission was identified, Colby made it right. Recommended.
Colby and the Highroad roofing team replaced my roof during the last big hail storm. Colby is so knowledgeable and that really made me feel at ease. I also loved the customer packet that he provided. It gave all the details for the cost of replacement plus pictures for me to provide to my insurance company. I found that all the extra little touches really made me feel confident about selecting Highroad Roofing.
Colby and Highroad Roofing are thoroughly responsible, honest, and responsive. The crew worked efficiently and did excellent work. (My non-professional opinion but also that of the guys who reinstalled the solar panels who were really impressed with the quality of both the shingles and the workmanship.) Colby is a genuinely good person and an excellent communicator. Don't like hailstorms, but when (not if) we get hit again, I will definitely take the "high road" again.
