2) Anong’s Thai Cuisine
You might not expect to find authentic Thai food in Wyoming, but that is exactly what you will get at Anong’s Thai Cuisine! You’ll find plenty of familiar flavors, such as crab rangoon, pad Thai, and Thai fried rice, but if you ever felt like trying something new, this would be the place to do it!
We love the salmon greeny curry, with a fresh filet of salmon served with a spicy curry sauce. Looking for something light and soothing? The Tom Ka soup, with its coconut cream and chicken broth base, is not to be missed!

When you think of Wyoming, we know you think of restaurants serving up sizzling steaks before you think of vegetarian options. But that’s not the case at Sweet Melissa! This vegetarian and vegan haven serves up delicious and creative food options that will appeal to even the most stubborn meat eaters.
You’ll find unique combinations such as the jerk ravioli, served with pineapple and fried plantains (just trust us here). We also wouldn’t pass up the caramelized onion and goat cheese burger, available on either a house-made black bean patty or an Impossible patty.

Who doesn’t like pizza? You’ll like it even more after visiting Alibi Wood Fire Pizzaria & Bakery! In addition to classic flavors like sausage, spicy pepperoni, and Margherita, you’ll find unique toppings on ‘zas such as the Cowboy Beef brisket pizza with bechamel, brisket, and a horseradish cream and honey drizzle.

J’s Prairie Rose Cafe has been one of the local’s favorite restaurants for almost 17 years! You’ll notice it by its bright pink exterior, but this gem gets even better inside. Between the great service and delicious food, it’s easy to see why this is a go-to place for Laramie residents. In fact, it’s so beloved that it was featured on the TV show “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives!” Favorite dishes include their breakfast burrito, with eggs, hashbrowns, beans, and shredded pork, as well as freshly baked cinnamon rolls.
